ROOM RENTAL


Non-Ticketmaster Events
Trade shows, dances, parties, receptions, lectures, conferences, meetings, rallies, religious events & graduations.
Room Rental: $3,500 per day.

Specialty Shows & Closed Circuit Telecasts
Stage production, concert, dance recitals, motion pictures (stage included)
10% of Gross Receipts, with a minimum guaranteed rent of $3,500 per day.

Athletic and Sports Events
Professional: 15% of gross receipts, with a minimum guaranteed rent of $3,500 per day.
College: 10% of gross receipts, with a minimum guaranteed rent of $3,500 per day.

Circus and Horse Shows
15% of Gross Receipts with a minimum guaranteed rent of $3,500 Per Day/ Per Event.

FACILITY USAGE FEE

Non-Ticketed Event: $1,700 per day
Ticketed Events: $2 per paid admission
Special Events: $3 per paid admission

Energy Surcharge is for electrical consumption only; does not include labor to wire shows.

MERCHANDISE

25% of gross receipts on all merchandise sales. Tenant and County Center accountant (or a representative) will arrange for an audit inventory prior to the opening of the event. At the conclusion of every show day, the tenant and the County Center accountant will complete a merchandise inventory to be paid at the conclusion of the event.

* Banners will be hung in the order of show date. The date the banner will be hung may vary depending on the number of shows with other banner display requests around your date. If there is a conflict with show dates, the following order will be followed: Main Hall à Exhibit Hall à Little Theater à Meeting Rooms.
