Commuter Parking
The Westchester County Department of Parks provides unreserved commuter parking at three locations. The County Center East and West lots located at 198 Central Avenue and the North White Plains lot located at Fisher Lane in White Plains.

Parking Rules  and Parking Application

Currently the demand for parking permits exceeds the number of permit spaces available at the County Center parking lots. Therefore, we are unable to issue any new permits at the present time. Names of permit applicants are being placed on an extensive waiting list until parking spaces become available. Applicants will be notified in the order in which their application was received. A signed Rules and Regulations Form must be included when submitting your Application. Indicate your parking lot of choice as failure to do so may delay your application process.
